TMDSSOLARUINVKIT: How to simulate the Active clamp flyback converter in simulink or PLECS software?

Thank you for the help. Is it possible to get "Digitally Controlled Solar Micro Inverter Design using C2000 Piccolo Microcontroller" data sheet or schematic?

It would better if I get any simulation file or the parameters for the whole circuit (PV, Flyback & Bridge circuit) where I could run the simulation before applying in the real hardware.

Hello,

This is Kris from Plexim. The issue with the PLECS error message is due to the fact that you are switching a voltage source across an ideal capacitor, which would create an infinite current inrush, so this is not possible. You need to add series impedances to your two sources-side capacitors. Further, it seems you have just added a second (AC) switch, but have not tuned the resonant LC component values away from their default values, nor are you controlling the AC switch properly for the active clamp circuit to function properly. You should review some of the TI literature on this topology.

Thank you for providing me some supporting documents. I am going through these documents hopefully it will help me to resolve the problem. I have already tried to simulate Flyback side and Inverter side separately. I got closer separate simulation result but when I tried to combined it is not working properly.  I got closer result of flyback side output but still not perfect as I have assumed the parameters. I hope I could get some help from you and your colleague.

Thank you Kris for the suggestion. I have already implemented some series impedances in the sources-side capacitors. I got closer result but time delay of rise time increased when I want boost up the voltage. I have attached the output result below. Now I am trying to tuning the circuits and trying to review some of the TI literature on this topology. I hope this will work and if any further help requires then I will ping you again. Thank you.

I have tried to Calculate Flyback side. I have done the calculation of input side parameters but unable to do at the output where Flyback and forward both present.  I could not find any paper or material for active clamp flyback with forward converter. Could you please ping your colleague or give me some documents? It will be great help for me if I get any help. Thanks

One more thing as I was looking my new solar micro inverter development kit (TMDSSOLARUINVKIT), I just got confused at the input side of Flyback that is there any input capacitor there or only Clamp capacitor? Is it possible to give the data sheet of following components?
