TMS320F28335： on chip flash selfcheck fault

Hi,

Can you describe your Flash self-test? I'm not certain what you're meaning by this and am not aware of F2833x having built in functionality for this.

Your checksum Flash test is performed during run time or only right after programming? Are you saying a checksum error occurs the first time right after programming is completed?

Thank you very much. Our program validation is run time, not just once;The problem board card appeared LED alarm about 10 minutes after power on. After redownloading the program code, it has not appeared at present.

OK, it's hard to say what happened without looking at the flash contents after the issue occurred.

Are you able to recreate this issue and then check the flash contents afterwards? Does your Flash self check point to a specific location, or sector, in Flash that is having an issue? That would likely help in further debugging the issue.
