TMS320F28388D: Can the ether-net module on the TMS320F2838x chip support gigabit connectivity?

I wonder if the Ethernet module on the TMS320F2838x chip will support gigabit(1000Mbps) connectivity.

For example, I wonder if I can connect the DP83867 series with the TMS320F2838x chip to get gigabit connectivity.
