Hi,
Customer is using TMS320F28034PNT, and they find when package temp is 115-120℃ (TA is 80-85℃), DSP will reset repeatedly.
I guess it's over junction temperature. but will it reset when it's over-temp?
thanks.

Yuan,
The F2803x devices do not have any hardware to automatically reset under high temperature conditions. It is possible that the device has reset due to issues caused by operating at high temp.
I would monitor VDD, VDDIO, XRSn and the clock input signal when the resets happen. This should give us some information as to what is causing the reset.
Do you have any external monitors that could reset the device?
Regards,
Cody
