Vincent,

I beleive you are referring to the files to program the CPLD(FTDI chip) to behave as a XDS100V2 JTAG emulator. The files/process for this can be found here: http://support.spectrumdigital.com/ccs40/xds100v2/

Hi Matthew,

Thanks for feedback. I check with customer what he wants is the program in 93lc56bt of xds100v2 on the development kit. So I want to double confirm it is included in the folder your shared? Thanks.

I spoke with some of my collegues, let's use the ZIP file at the bottom of this forum post in this case. This is verified by TI to work on the HW you've mentioned(same file we use to program the FTDI and its EEPROM in the factory).
