I read a little about CLB in a new generation of C2000 microcontrollers.

Can you explain how we can program the CLB part? Is it by VHDL language or special SDK in C language?

Please review the clb tool user guide, download and install c2000ware. Then run the clb examples on one of our launchpads or control cards.
