Hi expert,

May I confirm if the package in below link is 56-pin RSH used in F28004x devices?

BTW, is the PAD a compusary for manufacturing? (need soldering)

Sheldon,

I am confirming thatthe 56-pin package link is indieed for the F28004x devices. (you can find the same package drawings in the back of the datasheet). The PowerPad in the middle of the package must be soldered to a corresponding pad on the board.
