LAUNCHXL-F28069M: Cannot read currents from BOOSTXL-DRV8031

Hi

I use LAUNCHXL-F28069M with DRV8031 to controll one brush DC motor. I use DRV8031 like H-bridge and DC motor is connected between A and B. But I have problem with reading currents Ia and Ib from J3 pins 28,29 (ADCINA0, ADCINB0) from my LAUNCHXL. 

I use MATLAB/Simulink for coding and I use ADC block for reading with Hardware Interrupt in my block diagram. ADC is connected to scope but I cannot see anything in External mode.

I attach my Simulink diagram and settings of my blocks.
