Logic of motor control codes in CCS v4

Hi all,

          This is Saravanakumar. I just now start using the high voltage motor control kit regarding my motor control project. I can't able to understand the logic of example code for PMSM and BLDC both sensored and sensorless. My doubt is mainly about that states in that code namely Alpha states(A0,B0,C0), A states,B states and C states which internally consists of some CPU timer and all.

Kindly help me to know that.
