I can't access anylonger to the DC Power-Line Communication Reference Design (TIDU160/168).

Has been relocated/renamed/canceled/or... what?

    Vincenzo, hello.  The literature number that you provided is associated to a very old TI Reference Design (TIDA-00067), which has been obsoleted.  I will send you a copy of the old guide via email offline from this forum.
