TMS320F280049: Can the Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA) be used for ADC in independent?

As I  can see in the Technical Reference Manual ,that PGA is used for amplify an input voltage ,but I can not understand What does the PGA in the following picture mean?

Can select the PGA for ADC input in independent and instead the ADC channel(A0-A10 B C)?
