Problem with erase operation

Hi,

I am getting the following error when trying to perform an erase operation:

Flash API Error #24:

The Erase operation failed the pre-compaction step.

 

I have tried doing the Depletion Recovery step, as suggested in one of the discussions regarding the same error, but I get the same error with it too. Can anyone please suggest me some steps? I am using CCS version 3.3.
