Generally, Piccolo devices do not have support for parallel interfaces. There is an exception that I have seen: F28075.

Usually, you would need to move up to a device like the F28335, F28379 - but take a look at the F28075 - I know there is a lot more there, maybe too much?

Todd is correct, the device datasheet would also give this kind of information.

TMS320F281x , TMS320F2833x , and TMS320F2823x devices all have a 32-bit wide XINTF bus for parallel interface

TMS320F2837xD ,TMS320F2837xS, have both 32-bit and 16-bit EMIFs, while TMS320F28075 has a single 32-bit EMIF

If the parallel interface does not have a high bandwidth requirement, you can use the GPIO module to manually read and write 32b-wide data.
