CCS/TMS320F28069M: CCS/TMS320F28069M

Part Number: TMS320F28069M
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8305

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi!

I am using TMS320F28069M and two DRV8305, just like the LAUNCHPADXL with two DRV8305 boards, with the lab10d code example.

In my application I have my motors spinning for about 5 seconds and then they have to idle/stall for 10 seconds.

My problem is that when I try to command 0 rpm, sometimes it sits still, other times it starts to twitch, very little at first and then it makes a big jerk.

I thinking about trying to pull the gpios for INLA, INLB and INLC to HIGH, to break/block the motor?

Is there a solution in the code that I am missing?

Best regards,

Jonas Hald
