Datasheet for F28377D states the following:
"The asynchronous option is not valid if the pin is used as a general purpose digital input pin (GPIO). If the
pin is configured as a GPIO input and the asynchronous option is selected then the qualification defaults
to synchronization to SYSCLKOUT as described in Section 8.4.2."
How the above statement applies to the Trip Zone inputs ?
TZ inputs on F28377D are configured as GPIO, but are fed through the input XBAR to the EPWM/Trip zone periphery and serves the trip zone function.
Does the statement means, that on F28377D trip zone pins can't work in "asynchronous" mode ?
