CCS/TMS320F28335: how to make AQCTLA take effect at point C?

Hi,

As is shown in the first figure, I changed the AQCTLA.bit.CAU at point A. It turned out that this change took effect at point B, which can be seen in the second figure [CH1: AQCTLA.bit.CAU (AQCTLA.bit.CAD is inversed), CH2:TBCTR, CH3: PWM, CH4: CMPA].

I configured the AQCTLA at point A but it didn't change until it reached point C. Maybe it is the reason that AQCTLA took effect at point B.

Is it possible to make it take effect at point C?
