TMS320F28379D: CLB disabled in controller

Part Number: TMS320F28379D

hello,

TMS320F28379D has a additional Configuration Logic Block (CLB) can you let me know how to confirm from software that this block will not used during my normal execution if i don't plan to use this block.

is there a specific register available which can ensure us this block will never be used.

Nagesh,

One thought would be to turn off the clock to the module in the PCLKCRx register. Using DriverLib, you would use the SysCtl_disablePeripheral() function.

Nagesh,

Also, to add to the above, all CLB circuits are disabled by default. So, if you do not use them you don't have to worry about them interfering in any way with other chip functions.
