Message from TI

Hello All

From time to time I received a message like below from TI in responce to my question.

So When I click "This resolved my issue"  I fall into my login page of my Ti account, so I enter to my account and nothing happen . I do not receive free shipping coupon code.

So question is -  what is this and how to use it?

    Thank you for posting.
    While we are investigating, there are are some questions and thoughts.

    Have you ever received a shipping coupon email?
    Users must be subscribed to ALL marketing emails from TI in order for the system to be allowed to send you a Free Shipping email.

    Go to my.ti.com and login.
    On the left side you should see a column with myTI account at the top, followed by PROFILE and SETTINGS.
    Under SETTINGS is eMail Preferences and Areas of Interest. click
        Select your areas of interest.  click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom
    Then Email preferences at the top shows a link for further Subscription Management.
        Select the top 2; subscribe to Newsletter, subscribe to receive emails with Reference designs ....
        click SUBMIT


    TI eMails have been known to be caught by SPAM filters. Please check your spam.

    Have you already received a free shipping coupon code  for “This resolved my issue”) within the last 90 days?
    Only one per user per 90 days can be issued.

    As I previously stated, there are two circumstances that you would not get a free shipping coupon from TI.

    1. If you already received a free shipping coupon code within the last 90 days
    2. You are NOT subscribed to all of TI’s marketing emails

    In your case, we have verified you are not subscribed to ALL of TI’s marketing emails.
    In order to subscribe, please follow these steps.

     

    1. Go to ti.com
    2. Login
    3. Under the myTI tab, please select the ‘Email preferences & areas of interest’
    4. Under email preferences select the ‘visit subscription management’ link (see screenshots below) and subscribe as shown below.

     

    Please use ‘e2eresolve’ as a free shipping code and let me know if you have any issues.

  • So much for the question answered reward not having strings attached. I too was wondering why the free shipping promotion had ended.
