Hello Support team.

Normally, customer uses C2000Ware for developing their own system.

I believe that this C2000Ware is NOT using our RTOS(SysBIOS) for processing closed-loop(ADC-PWM) process.

When customer was checking our TI.com , they found TI-RTOS article.

Customers want to know the performance impact when using TI-RTOS. I think customer want to know processing delay, required Flash Memory size, required RAM size and so on.

I would like to know if TI RTOS(SysBIOS) can support for F280049.

You are correct about C2000Ware not using SYS/BIOS, but it is possible to use C2000Ware header files and libraries in a SYS/BIOS application. F280049 is supported.

SYS/BIOS has benchmarks (both size and timing) published in their release notes. For example, here is the page for v6_76_03_01.
