Dear expert,

I'm tuing current loop for SPMSM, no speed loop. the problem is id and iq are oscillating all the time. PI parameter for id and iq is same, can you give me some advice?

iq* =0.2,but iq feed back is range from 0.195 to 0.206

id*=0, but id feed back is range from -0.005 to 0.005

sampling period is 100us, the oscillation frequency is about 200Hz, ther is no current filter used.

The testing result you showed seems ok, you may improve the performance by optimizing the quality of current sensing signals and tuning the gains of the current controllers.

does optimizing the quality of current sensing signals means adding filter for signal?

i have tuned the gain for a long time, but this is the best result.

Maybe, need to optimize the PCB layout, InstaSPIN doesn't enable a far low pass filter on the signal chain, you just add an RC filter (like R=50~100/OHM, C=1.0~2.2nF) near the ADC channel.

Btw, using the oscilloscope with a current probe to monitor and analyze the current, the datalog is just for reference, not real waveform, especially high speed.
