I am connecting a C2000 MCU Resolver Eval Kit (R2) to my TI TMDSHVMTRINSPIN Motor Control. My question is; what is the CAP/QEP Pin Mapping/Numbering for this Board Connector? I wanted to check to be on the safe side.

You may find the schematic of this kit in the below folder if you installed controlSUITE, and there is a nark test on the kit for eCAP and QEP also.

Btw, please be careful and note that the ground planes of both the power domains are the same on this kit, so the proper isolation requirements must be met before connecting any test equipment or board with this kit.

I went to the links but I didn't find the Pin Mapping - Pin position numbering schematic.

That depends on what interface the resolver is using. You might find some reserved GPIOs on the H2 connector that includes SPI and I2C. And QEP and CAP on the H1 connector. Please take a look at the schematic to find more details as mentioned above.
