They are downloaded separately from CCS in the C2000Ware package. You can either download it through the CCS Resource Explorer or you can go to the following page:

http://www.ti.com/tool/C2000WARE

It contains examples, a driver library, header files, and a number of other libraries and resources for the F2837xD.
