TMS320F28377S: Trouble Writing Memory block error

Part Number: TMS320F28377S

In our project we are working on TMS320F28377S in some cases we are getting this error. We have connected JTAG, erase cycle is completed then we get this error.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Viktorija,

Can you provide few more details, so that I can assist you better:

1. When you say you get this error after Erase cycle is complete, what do you mean by this? Are you loading the code into Flash? Can you provide step wise information on what are you doing prior to getting this error?

2. It looks like some code is executing, which is why it is trying to write into GS0 memory and giving the error? Are you running any code from Flash?

3. How are you supplying power to F28377S?

Sorry for the delayed response.

Yes we are loading our code into flash. Below are the flash setting :

But we have erased the entire flash so there shouldn’t be any code.
We are supplying power to F28377S through external 15V and from there we are generating 3.3 and 5V.
