Please provide more detail on when are you getting this error ? E.g. what hardware you are using, which emulator you are using, what CCS version and the step you are following.

I CONNECTED THE CONTROLLER IN DOCKNG STATION AND POWERED ON IT WITH THE HELP OF USB CABLE.

Abhishek,

You need to provide power and communications to the emulator through J1:A.
Because this design is isolated, you need to provide power to the F28388D device.
1. This can be done through the docking station using J1 or J17 and selecting the correct SW1 switch position.
