Hello Brian,

Still unable to download third-party software for "Embedded Coder Support Package for Texas Instruments C2000 Processors ". What should I do? May be problem between Matlab & TI (c2000 DSP). Please give me need full solution of it. My work is been stop due to this package.

As Brian mentioned in the prior thread, please contact MathWorks T ech Support for assistance and to report this error.

This is a MathWorks installation issue and therefore they are the ones who are more equipped to help.

Hi Asim,

Marilyn is correct - this is likely a MathWorks issue; at least that is where the troubleshooting should start. Please contact MathWorks Tech Support to have them review. You may wish to try the download again in case it was a temporary outage. Directly contact Tech Support and not just post in MATLAB Answers, because MATLAB Answers is not monitored by MW Tech Support the same way TI does with E2E

You can also manually download the correct CGT version, and point the MathWorks installer to the correct directory. The TI website for the CGT is here: http://www.ti.com/tool/C2000-CGT

You will have to do some digging to find the correct version for you setup. I have 16.9.2.LTS associated with my R2018a install, which is here: http://www.ti.com/tool/download/C2000-CGT-16/16.9.2.LTS
