I have configured my hardware to set GPIO32 to a 1 and GPIO 24 to be a 0. This should get the 280049C device to boot into the SCI bootmode.
In this mode my intention is to send down the upgrade kernel so that I can flash the device.
However when I send it an autobaud lock character 'A' (hex 41) I do not get the echo back. I can scope the SCI rx line and see the character but I do not see any echo on the corresponding tx line from the processor.
I note in the TRM that the SCI boot mode is also labeled as the WAIT mode. How do I know that my processor is not sat in the wait mode?
Is there another level of configuration to force the SCI boot mode ?
Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Phil
