TMS320F28069: SOLAR Lib V1.2 ~ Clarification on ABC/DQ Transformation Input Data Limits.

Hello All,

I am trying to use the Solar Lib V1.2 with CLA

Its document says, that the Acceptable Range for ABC/DQ0 and DQ0/ABC Transformations Inputs are [-1,1]. Yet when I check the the implementations from the header files I see float32 data types, and the implementation is the standart DQZ/ABC Transformation Matrix.

So, I would appreciate a clarification on this subject.

We only test the module with +1 to -1 range of PU variables, as this module is used with other blocks to form the complete control structure, PI's SVGEN etc.

The limit is mentioned due to this reason, you are correct in the assessment that this module may work with the actual voltage scale as well, but due to the way it is tested we limit the range to be +1 to -1,

Also a part of this comes from we used to support fixed point and floating point versions of the same lib, in fixed point you must use the pu for the control otherwise the Q point will shift for each operation.
