Hello TI team,
We are planning to use, in our design, an external 2.048V voltage reference for the ADC conversion to improve stability over temperature. MIcrocontroller used will be SM320F28335.
My question is: Does the external reference 2.048V topology, affect the expected input voltage range of the ADC? By using the internal bandgap the measurement range is 0V - 3V.

The full-scale range of the ADC will be 3V as long as a supported external reference voltage is supplied and properly configured through the ADCREFSEL register.
