Dear Sir ,
We are under development of new producut (form motion control ) that is based TMS320F28376S , we require that the ePWM CLK would be high as possible (in order to gain maximum resoultion of PWM) , while the SYSCLK is set 200 MHZ (from XINT and PLL).
the PWM Period that we required is 20Khz and we set the PWM CLK to 200Mhz (set prescale to /1 ) and everthing seems to work properly , but recently we saw in the datasheet that maximum PWM clock is 100Mhz.
Altough it seems to work propely (of course under controled enviroment)
1. We want to know what can we encouter if we will use this setup ? can we use this setup under certian condition ?
2.The product we are developing is meant to replace previous producthat is based on TMS320x28335 , which works on SYSCLK of 150Mhz , the PWM Clock is set also to 150Mhz (prescale of /1 ) , is the limitation of max PWM Clock 100Mhz also apply here ?
