The capacitor C52 in hardware is broken.How can I change it or is there any customer service center located at India?

Thanks for reaching out to the E2E support forum. Can you give more specifics on the HW platform, are you referring to the F28335 Control CARD?

This is the schematic; http://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=ACGC1wIzjFCT3zlQpBhVKA__gYkahfz__LATEST looks like C52 is a 47uF cap on the voltage supply.

According to the BOM http://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=AKF4Idh1OOjSQZflieGrcw__gYkahfz__LATEST this is the part https://www.digikey.com/products/en?keywords=511-1500-2.

You will need to make arrangements to replace the cap.

If this is for a different HW kit, please let me know the TI part number and we can go from there.

We do not have local service centers.

Does the controlCARD still function when powered, or is it non-functional as well?

I see that there is another 47uF(C35) in parallel so the decap in this case will have increased if C52 is not inline; I'm not sure that would effect the TPS62400 or not.

The most efficient case here is to order the cap (or its equivalent) and replace C52.
