What is the reason why the eqep3 peripheral of device f28377s does not work? The quadrature pulse input is normal, but the eqep3 counter does not change. In the same program, eqep3 peripheral works normally before. Is eqep3 damaged? The peripheral such as SCI, epwm, IIC and spi of the same F28377S work normally.
