TMS320F28388D: WE NEED UL CERTIFICATION FILES AND NUMBER

Part Number: TMS320F28388D

Hi Sir,

My custom intends to use TMS320F28388D in a board of their next generation of product. We need UL certification files and certification number.  please help to provide. thanks.

    Hi Krishna,

    I'm designing an automatic controller for my custom's system deployed in industrial factorys. The controller should collect temperature of heating plants, calculate output to control power volume of electrical heaters. I need materials of this prototype of controller to support my custom's activity for getting certification of UL. In detail currently, it is necessary to provide UL certificate file number of all the components in my design to my custom, for example the certificate recognised number of 4N29F is No. E91231. I intended to choose TMS320F28388D as MCU of my design. We are planing to finish our work before June, 2020.

    Hi Datian, 

    Please review the material available here:  http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/swab007a/swab007a.pdf   You will not find direct support for the device you intend to choose, however, it is good choice and enables a lot of flexibility for your current design and re-use in future designs.  In the link provided, you will find examples of UL certification enablers that will serve as good foundation for your development.
