TMS320F28379D: High Frequency Inverter Output Failed

I'm working with building an induction heating system using TMS320F28379D as micro-controller for single phase inverter. But controller board gets turned off when receiving high frequencies from inverter output (more than 500Hz). But I need minimum 20kHz output AC signal from inverter. Please help how can I configure this control board? Or is there any other suitable control to do this easily?

Hi,

Can you please elaborate more about the issue you are facing exactly like what all peripherals are being used for your use-case and what exactly is getting turned off at higher frequencies. Knowing further details will help us to solve the issue.

I'm building an inverter to get high frequency(above 20kHZ) sinusoidal AC output which needs for induction heating. The modulation technique is SPWM. The issue is TMS320F28379D board stops responding (not getting any output from GPIO pins) when increasing frequency of output AC more than 400Hz. (During frequencies lower than 400Hz, the control board responds and gives output from GPIO pins)

Have you tested running the system without the main power to the power stage on? Will it also have issue if high power is not running?
