Hi,

I would need to know if TI has a direct p2p replacement to the EG8010 single phase sinusoid Inverter ASIC. If not then what would be the best alternative solution from the C2000 portfolio, or perhaps a reference design?

No, of course we don't have a p2p replacement...

We offer programmable microcontrollers that can be used in a design for power electronic controls.

Not sure what application you are specifically looking at this for, but TMS320F28035 or TMS320F280045 are probably a good starting point. There are various C2000 based EVMs and Reference Designs listed by application from
