Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE, AES-128
Dear Champs,
I am asking this for our customers.
The user is evaluating for AES 128 on F28004x.
We are aware there is an AES library in C2000ware.
C:\TI\c2000\C2000Ware_2_00_00_03\libraries\security\aes\c28\docs
In Chapter 4 of "C2000_AES_Library_User_Guide.pdf", it shows the computational and memory resource for AES256.
Questions:
1) Can the library be used for AES 128?
2) If the user only needs to run the library for AES128, can we assume the computational power is about one-half of the CPU cycles listed for AES 256?
If not, do you have any data or suggestion for the user to evaluate?
