TMS320F280049: GPIO state at power off with brown out feature enabled as default

Hi expert,

We know that GPIOs will be kept input and high impedance with internal pull-up disabled since power up and before SW configurations. But I didn't get much information on the Internet regarding how will the behave during power off.

Take brown out circuit is enabled all the time on F28004x, will GPIO configuration stay the same (for example output high and output low), during power off? Why?
