Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I have F28069M microcontroller. I want to schedule in Code Composer Studio but my computer doesn't to detect microcontroller. How can solve this problem?

    We are going to need more information to be able to help you.

    Are you getting an error message when trying to launch a debug session?  If so what is the error message?  What version of Code Composer Studio are you using?  What debug probe are you using?  Are you on Windows, Mac or Linux?
