Is it possible to load the program and debug the code in "TMS320F28069M" using 'TMDSEMU110-U'? Is there any compatibility issues with that?

Yes. You should be able to load a program and be able to debug using TMDSEMU110-U.

Is there any specific issue you are facing while using the emulator?

No. Just to confirm that 'TMDSEMU110-U' is apt for my application. Thats all now...
