I'm not sure what this issue could be if we still are seeing the same behavior. I believe I sent you a higher level link for TI support in general, they likely will need to become involved to recitify any general issues we see with the forum and your profile.

I received an e-mail asking if my problem was solved. No, it didn't. I still receive the notification e-mails in my old e-mail.

Hi William,
I always login with tomas.lledo@upc.edu. I checked the information that appears in the settings of my account and it is as well tomas.lledo@upc.edu. I wish to use this address. However, I keep receiving the e-mails to my old e-mail, tomas.lledo@teknocea.cat.
I attach two screenshots of the actual settings without changing anything.
Regarding the old account, I only used it some time ago because I was working on some personal projects not related to my actual position.
