Hi，

Is there 100% high/low temperature test in TI plant?If yes, should we set different temperatures for the same equipment with room temperature ATE or test for different equipment?

Because some IC in the customer product fail at high or low temperatures

    Can you please provide the details of TI part you are using and what kind of failure you are encountering?

    Hi,

    When customers analyze product failure cases, some IC fail at high or low temperatures,

    So, customer want to know how to do the temperature test for TI products,

    High temperature, low temperature, normal temperature, set different temperature for the same equipment or different equipment for testing?

    Hi Neal,

    TI guarantees performance within datasheet temperature specification.  If failures are being encountered at certain temperatures, further analysis is needed to determine the cause.  This product is in high-volume production with no reports of temperature related sensitivity reported.
