TMS320F28069M: How to trigger CLA Task 1 Using IACK Instruction on embedded coder (SIMULINK)

Hello everyone,

I'm using embedded coder (simulink) to auto generate code for my model and planning to run my control law on the CLA.

I'm using EPWM event trigger for SOC (Start of Conversion) of all the ADCs channels I need to read and configuring the last SOC to trigger an ADCINT1 interrupt.

The idea is to read all the channels on the ADCINT1 interrupt and trigger the CLA TASK 1 using the IACK instruction. However I can't see where to configure my CLA Task trigger to IACK instruction.

Please need some help.

Sorry for the delay in response, I think the example show here is applicable https://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/texasinstrumentsc2000/examples/using-the-control-law-accelerator-cla.html Since the IACK is an assembly level instruction in the C28x, I'm assuming that is what is being used for the "SW trigger" for the CLA as shown in the blocks.

Let me know if this is what you were looking for, or there are other pieces in play. There should also be an option to have a block with C28x code, where we could just insert an IACK in asm.

Thanks for your insights. I checked the generated code and the example you highlighted make use of the IACK instruction within a periodic timer interrupt.

Seems there is a lack of flexibility on configuring the blocks as I would like to use the IACK after reading my ADC values. Best option I see for now is to modify

some of the generated code and tailor it to our own needs.
