CCS/TMDSDOCK28379D: F28379D Delfino Experimenter Kit

Hello... After a gap of a few days, I reconnected my system with 'F28379D Delfino Experimenter Kit'. But the target is not getting connected.

Error message:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
(Emulation package 6.0.576.0).

Please suggest how to rectify this.
