Hello everybody,

in the Datasheet I have found the location of the TI-OTP section in the memory map (0x70000...0x703FF) but I didn't found a list of the functions and their adresses.

Is the content of the TI-OTP anywhere documented?

Hi,

TI OTP does not have any customer function hence it is not mentioned in any document.

TI-OTP memory section is reserved for "TI use". Users don't have access to this memory.

Hello,
thank you for your answers but there are user relevant functions in TI-OTP:

In chapter 11.1.12 (ADC Calibration) of the "Technical Reference Manual" (SPRUHM8H) is documented, that there are C-callable functions for ADC-calibration embedded into TI reserved OTP.

What are the adresses of these functions?

Are there some more user relevant functions and is this anywhere documented?

I'm exploring the "TI C2000ware - DeviceSupport" examples.

In file "F2837xD_Adc.c" are following functions in use:

"CalAdcaINL"
"CalAdcbINL"
"CalAdccINL"
"CalAdcdINL"
"GetAdcOffsetTrimOTP"

In file "F2837xD_TempSensorConv.c" are following functions in use:

"getTempSlope"
"getTempOffset"

TI uses this functions in their examples so for me they are user-relevant functions.
I think the use of all this functions should be documented (at least their adresses).

Also I don't understand, why the complete content of the TI-OTP is NOT documented.
Maybe there are some more user-relevant functions.

Pg: 1576, Table 11-10.ADC Calibration Functions in OTP documents the addresses of functions shown below:

I don't see the addresses of functions shown below. I'm investigating whether we need to document this.

I'm sorry. I worked with an older version of the TRM (SPRUHM8I). Here the OTP-CAL-functions aren't documented.

Jan,

We have included getTempSenseOffset and getTempSenseSlope pointer addresses in our documentation. This will get reflected when next TRM update cycle. I have updated here your reference. Please close this ticket.
