[Code Composer] Flash .dll issue

C2000 Gurus,

A for your info on a flash plug-in dll issue that was recently found.  If you have questions please post to the Code Composer forum here:

....an issue was identified in the F28 Flash DLL. The issue only affects F280200 devices, and it prevented the system clock validation from working properly on this part.

I have attached a fix for this issue (Flash28xx.txt); Please follow these instructions on applying the fix:

- download and rename to Flash28xx.dll (version of the DLL should be 4.2.100.1)  File is attached to the forum thread here.

- copy and replace with the one available at <installDir>/ccsv4/DebugServer/bin/win32/

Please try out the use case again and let me know if this fixes the issue or not.

The fix for this problem will be officially included in the CCS4.2.2.
