Hello,
We have an issue with the DCSM block of the TMS320F28377D. We lock these devices in production adding all the flash and ram sectors to the DCSM zone 1 (using GRABSECT & GRABRAM Z1) and using our own password into the CSMPSWD registers.
In one batch, we have detected that something goes wrong with this mechanism.
We would like to unlock the devices and reprogram them. These are the steps we follow using UNIFLASH tool:
- We go to the Settings and utilities and click on the unlock button
- A successful message appears
- Then we try to program a file or erase the flash. The process is stuck and the next fail message appears:

We thought we put a wrong password, but if we try to unlock the device with an incorrect password on step 3 appears an error message indicating that the device cannot be unlocked, so the password should be the good one.
We've tried with CCS too, but the same error appears.
What another thing could we do wrong?
