TMS320F28377S: nFBGA ZWT package drawing removed from latest datasheet SPRS881H (march 2020)?

Team,

I assume it is an error in the latest datasheet;

The nFBGA is listed accross the document:
337-ball New Fine Pitch Ball Grid Array (nFBGA) [ZWT] suffix
but the drawing does not appear in the mechanical section.

Can you confirm that we do not plan to drop the nFBGA package?

Will investigate why the package drawings got left out of the datasheet. No plans to drop that package.

Hi Hareesh,

Sorry I miss it as the ZWT package drawing is not placed with the other drawings...

Alll drawing are before the "packaging information" table except ZWT which is placed after.
