CCS/TMS320F280048C: TMS320F280048C

Part Number: TMS320F280048C

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am using an F28004x_Launchpad Development Kit to develop software for our application.  I now have our own hardware with an F280048C microprocessor.  I can program our 48C with our application software using the F28004x_Launchpad as a debug probe only (with 2-pin JTAG ,TMS & TCK).  I can load the code to run in RAM of from Flash successfully.  After programming the code to Flash memory, I expected the 48C would start when power is applied without the Debug Probe connected.  However, even though the code is burned  into Flash, it does not start with the Debug Probe disconnected. When I use the F28004x_Launchpad as a development tool, I can burn code into Flash, recycle power or reset and the 49C starts up running the code I burned.

Is there a step I am missing to have the 48C code start upon power-up?

Please help.
