Customer Question:
Can ControlSuite be installed to "C:\program files" or does it need to go to the C:\TI folder?

It can be installed in any directory,
the projects inside the control suite use relative paths to other resources inside control suite,
I personally never install it in C:\TI as i have multiple versions of it.. :) so it's always C:\ControlSuite\Nov1 etc..

One note from installation tool - "It is highly recommended that controlSUITE is installed in the default directory. Changing the directory may require additional changes to the file directories within the code."
Is this note needed anymore?

Todd,
The only thing I know of is that most documentation will assume that you've installed using the default directory structure. As long as the customer knows where they installed the controlSUITE folder they should be able to interpolate where files are.
Thank you,
Brett
Since a lot of customers want this type of thing installed into c:\program files by default, why not do that?
