CCS/TMS320F28027: TMS320F28027 HVPSFB development_kits is Defective performance

Dear Ti community

I tried to operate HVPSFB development_kits(PCMC) after a long time.

But the movement is strange.

When incremental build 2.

the output voltage is low compare with 12V.

And,when output load increase,output load decrease.

It seems that output power is being kept 20[W].

When incremental build 1.

the output voltage is low compare with 12V too.

And,when Gui_IfbSet increase at CCS,output voltage increase.

But voltage increase stop near 20[W]

I use default code.

Do you have an idea about any cause?

    P.S.

    When I tried VMC, the movement was similar.

    In VMC incremental build 1,

    I change 「phase」 at CCS and check secondary FET signal.

    Then, FET Vds and Vgs  's  pulse width spread.

    But near 20[W],Vds 's pulse width don't spread though Vgs 's pulse width spread.

    Sorry for the delay in response from my side; can you comment on the external load value?  Also can you comment on the state of the FaultFlg variable in CCS?  I've see some issue with this getting tripped during startup and causing issue with the entire system.
