So when I couldn't use it, I thought it was a mistake for me to buy C2000gang. You asked me to contact the technical support when I wanted to return the goods at the first time. It is difficult for me to understand that C2000 is ok but C2000gang is not.

Could you please clarify below questions to avoid confusion?

1. Which C2000 Device are you planning to program?  Give me an answer like TMS320F28004x or TMS320F2837xD or TMS320F28002x etc.

2. Do you know that SDFlash utility does not support Flash programming on latest C2000 devices like F28M35x, F28M36x, F28004x, F2837xD, F2807x, F2837xS and F28002x?

3. You can not use SDFlash and C2000GANG programmers together.  Each of them are separate Flash programming tools.  Are you asking if you can use SD XDS510LC emulator (AND NOT SDFlash utility) can be used along with C2000GANG to program a C2000 device?

But I think  that SDFlash can use，That can't be true F28M35x, F28M36x, F28004x, F2837xD, F2807x, F2837xS and F28002x。

I bought C2000gang to replace C2000（XDS510LC），Because I have a C2000（XDS510LC） that's broken。

I consulted your dealer before buying and got this reply（as shown in the picture ）

I thought you are talking about "SDFlash" Flash programming tool from Spectrum Digital.

What is the exact error that you got when using C2000-GANG?

Perhaps a translation problem caused the misunderstanding

Ok. In the above snapshot that you copied from Mouser's reply, I see they thought you are asking about programming an image from a SD card.  They took SD Flash as SD card and hence suggested C2000 GANG for you.

If you are sure that the device that you are trying to program is supported by SD Flash and you don't want to use C2000 GANG, you can go ahead and use SD Flash.

Do you need help in returning C2000 GANG? If yes, let me know.

I think this problem is a misunderstanding, I haven't used the product successfully until now ，I think both sides are to blame，
